PTA
The Robert Piggott Primary Schools PTA is the joint Parent Teacher Association for the Infant and Junior Schools. We are an active, friendly, and welcoming PTA, and the Committee and numerous parent volunteers work really hard to organise fun, social events that help to raise much needed funds for our schools and children.
Every parent or carer of a child at either school automatically becomes a member of the PTA, and we look forward to welcoming you to one of our meetings or events.
The PTA Committee for the 2024-2025 school year is comprised Mark Murphy & Oli Maunsell (Co-Chairs) ; Anna Yeates-Pearce (Vice chair); Kat Dance (Secretary); and Zoe Cashin-Howe (Treasurer). Other committee members include Paul Burton, Tom Batting, Laura Harb, Mima Joyce, Oscar Thorne, Hilary Hart, Lizzie Kinsbrook George Fixsen, Monique Tsang, Andrew Barnes and Neal Smith. The teachers' representative for the PTA is Ali Sinfield.

The PTA runs an active Facebook page, where you can find the latest information on our projects and events. Please find us on Facebook.
We also run a “PTA Helping Hands” WhatsApp group. Please contact any member of the PTA or one of your Class Reps for the Invite link.

GET INVOLVED
We really appreciate whatever amount of time, however small, that parents can spare to help us. You may be able to:
- organise an event,
- be involved in a sub-committee,
- bake a cake for a class sale,
- volunteer at a TLC day,
- help out on a fayre stall, or
- ring local businesses to ask for donations.
Or you can simply support us by coming along and enjoying one of our events. Every bit really does make a difference to the school.
If you are interested in finding out more about the PTA and how you can get involved, please contact any one of the current Committee members or your Class Rep.
