EVENTS and COMPETITIONS

To encourage and inspire as many children as possible to get involved in competitive sport, we attend many events each term and take part in a wide range of fixtures.

In KS1 there are Wokingham School Games festivals that children can take part in. In KS2 there are opportunities for children in both phase 1 and phase 2 to be selected to represent the school in competitive sports, both externally against other schools and internally through house competitions during PE lessons.

Year 5/6 School Games SEND Ten Pin Bowling - Friday 31st January 3pm

KS2 New Age Kurling Festival - Wednesday 12^th March 3:45pm

Year 3 /4 School Games Racket Pack - Thursday 13^th February 3:45pm

Year 3 /4 School Games Teamgym - Wednesday 5^th February 1:15pm

CROSS COUNTRY LEAGUE

The largest events throughout the year are the Thames Valley Running League Competitions. Races are open to anyone in the Cross Country club who wants to take part from year 3-6.

• Race 1 - 3rd October at Great Hollands Primary School
• Race 2 - 7th November at Blue Coat School
• Race 3 - 28th November at Cantley Park
• Race 4 - 20th March (Relays)
